These Bush Flower Essences are offered following the DK Foundations article on

The Ten Commandments on Everyday Living: 2

Have your intention always before you - set goals for the day and at regular intervals during the day realign yourselves with them and confirm intention.

Black Eyed Susan– (tetratheca ericifolia)

This is not the Black eyed Susan (Rudbeckia) as we know in England, but a small shrub of up to 30cm tall that grows on heath land and sandstone areas of Australia. It has fine woolly leaves and small four-petal flowers that hang down to form a bell shape.

This remedy helps to slow down and centre one’s focus. It is the stress remedy.

This remedy helps those who are constantly rushing and always on the go, those who cram too much into their waking day. They are easily annoyed and irritable because of the stress they have created for themselves. It is good for someone who has a quick mind and gets annoyed at anyone else who is not as fast. For those who hate waiting for anything because they feel they won’t get everything done.
It helps to slow down and turn inward, where the quietness and guidance can be found. This remedy will enhance the stillness within, so one can focus more. Walk, don’t run! Trust you’re in the right place at the right time is a quality of this essence.

Boronia – (Boronia Ledifolia)

This bushy shrub grows in semi-shaded positions on dry and rocky ground and grows up to 1 metre tall. After the flowers have finished flowering, the buds close over the ripening seeds and are explosively scattered when ripe. The crushed leaves give off a sweet and pungent smell.

This remedy helps to clarify thought and brings serenity.

It helps those who have persistent or obsessive thoughts going round in their heads, which they are unable to release. The thoughts are explosively flung from the mind like the seeds from the plant. Difficulty in concentration results because of the fullness of the mind. Boronia helps to quieten the mind, which then in turn allows intuition to come to the surface. It will help with focussing on issues one wants to focus on.

Recommended dosage: 7 drops morning and night for 3-4 weeks
