This remedy is offered following the DK Foundations article on

The Ten Commandments on Everyday Living: 1

Know where you are and what you are doing at every moment of the day - avoid drifting, daydreaming and fantasising.

Sundew – (Drosera Spathulata)

Sundews grow in many parts of the world but this variety grows mainly in Asia, the pacific, New Zealand and Australia.  It is a small carnivorous plant with leaves of 3cm long. The fine hairs exude sticky, dew-like droplets, which glisten in early morning sunlight. Insects become ensnared in these hairs - by merely touching one, it stimulates the other hairs to close in over the insect until it is digested.

This plant has its leaves close to the ground in a flat and earth-hugging habit. The tiny white or pink flowers grow on a thin stem that reaches high in the air.

Because of its earth hugging habit this essence will help to ground people whilst keeping or bringing them in touch with the higher values of spirituality symbolised by the flower reaching for the sky.  Focus and grounding is the main quality. It will help to return to the physical and present.

This essence has a multitude of ways in which it can be used such as a small thing like losing focus on what one is doing to large and severe defects that are fundamental to ones existence like disassociation and autism.

Give it to children who watch too much television because their parents are to busy to give them the amount of attention they require. When they withdraw in to a world of make-belief as the world out there is not that interesting.

For people or children who are easily bored and cannot focus their attention to anything. They are likely to escape into their heads.

For people who have disassociated themselves after a trauma.

For daydreamers – it will help them to stay in the present.

For people who are vague and indecisive and do not pay attention to detail. Vagueness often marks resentment on a deeper level – of not getting the attention needed and therefore withdrawing into their own thoughts and ideas.

For people who loose focus when there is work to be done. It will help to focus on the end result rather than the task at hand.

It can help focussing on the small details of a task and help to stop procrastinating.

Children who have become autistic as a result of being vaccinated do not wish to be here on a spiritual level as the environment or physical body is too hostile.

Recommended dosage: 7 drops morning and night for 3-4 weeks
