These Bush Flower Essences are offered following the
DK Foundations article on

‘ The Ten Commandments on Everyday Living: 9’
Do not gossip or bitch about others, the weather, life – or indeed anything else
' The Ten Commandments on Everyday Living: 10’
Do not watch TV as the default setting for free time – your mind is being controlled and your emotions manipulated

Both these articles promote taking self-responsibility, so I have combined this theme and written about one essence that covers both subjects.
When we are infants and are helpless, our parents take care of everything; things we like and things we don’t like. Nevertheless we have to accept what they do, as mostly, we feel helpless or lost without them. We tend to carry this ‘Modus Operandi’ with us into adulthood that others, elders, bosses etc. carry ultimate responsibility. This makes us a victim of life and we think this gives us the right to complain about everything around us. It is a very negative state of mind. It is either an easy and lazy way out, or derived from a fear that we are not capable or strong enough to create that needed change in our lives – so we moan and criticise others and situations from our comfortable armchair to cover up our subconscious feelings of incompetence. If you recognise something within you of the above, you would probably benefit from this Bush Flower Essence.

,, Southern Cross –
(Xanthosia Rotundifolia)

This beautiful perennial herb from Western Australia grows to 60cm high with scattered roundish dark green leaves, toothed at the edges. The beautiful creamy white flowers occur over a long period, peaking in spring. They are arranged in a flower head with branches forming a cross.

There are various degrees of not taking responsibility that this essence can address.
You would benefit if you if you feel life has been hard on you – you may recognise a ‘poor me’ or ‘it’s just not fair’ feeling inside. You may feel that you’ve been singled out by some nasty fate, or feel that your efforts have been in vain and unrewarded.
If you feel that life should have provided you with circumstances and things but they have never come your way – and you feel resentful of this. If you feel the world owes you a living.
Are you blaming people around you for your misfortune or unhappiness? Do you become sulky and sullen when you don’t get what you desire? Is life against you and you expect the worst? All of these emotions come back to the same issue. What you are in fact doing is martyring yourself – try to realise that there is another way to deal with these situations and take responsibility. You can start with the help of this flower essence .

This essence helps people to understand that they create all the situations that happen to them in life and that they can change their situation by changing their thoughts.

Recommended dosage: 7 drops morning and night for 3-4 weeks
Combinations may be made up of various essences that you feel you may need.
